Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Time:
- Within Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: At the moment, we ship only within Pakistan.
3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Delivery Issues:
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at celestialwhiff@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Refund & Return Policy
1. No Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products (candles are sensitive and handmade), we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect item compared to what you ordered.
To request a refund, please email us at celestialwhiff@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Refund Processing:
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed and prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging to be eligible for refunds (if applicable).
- Celestial Whiff reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our guidelines.
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
